Nike N7 Winter 2020
Nike N7’s mission is to deliver programs and services to increase physical activity and support education and career development for youth in Indigenous communities. The Winter 2020 N7 Collection is a nod to Kyrie Irving’s reconnection to his Indigenous roots. When Kyrie received his Lakota name, Hela (Little Mountain), in a traditional ceremony, leaders from the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe gifted him a handmade star quilt and a beaded medallion. The bright colors and heritage star pattern that were woven into these gifts have inspired the design elements on this season’s N7 gear and visuals.
